Is it necessary to wear only surgical or N95 mask only Good quality cloth mask is not enough ? I am really confused about this Some are saying use double mask Some are saying use N95 mask but when I wear N95 I had a sore throat Right now I am using a good quality cloth mask Can someone advice me which is best?

If N 95 then 1 mask is enough If you are using a cloth mask or surgical mask then it’s better to double up

In today's World it is necessary to wear mask and keep distance with sanitizers.if using cloth mask see it's double layered and washes daily in warm water .

Try wear cloth mask as using n95 continuously leads to discomfort
Health Tips
Keep sipping warm fluids and do gargling once daily for soreness of throat

If N95 mask- only one mask is sufficient If you are convenient with cloth mask- top it with surgical mask While doubling- 2 cloth masks or 2 surgical masks are not recommended Cloth mask topped by surgical mask is good choice
