Suddenly I saw these marks on my face..what are these?Why are this growing?and it's very irritating to see these on my face and cheeks

It's acne...Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it..
