Dear Dr, my son frequently catching cold n cough mantoux test - positive 12mm ct chest report Lung fields appear normal with normal branching pattern of bronchial tree. The pulmonary arteries appear grossly normal. The pulmonary vascular branches show normal branching pattern. The anatomical configuration of the structures in the mediastinum is within normal limits. Both hila appear normal. There is no significant mediastinal lymphadenopathy. There is no evidence of pleural effusion. Soft tissue of the chest wall and bony thorax shows no obvious abnormality. Thymus gland noted anteriorly measuring ~ 36 x 13 mm. plz advice whether is he had primary complex or not.
