Superficial burn wounds take 2 weeks minimum, to heal. Might take longer if they are deeper. The Black layer is due to both burnt skin and Silverex cream. You will need cleaning of the area to remove the burnt skin, preferably under anesthesia. You will also need antibiotics and pain medications.Consult a Plastic Surgeon

Keep the area clean by cleaning with clean water twice daily. You can continue to apply Silverex or Regen D 60 gel twice daily for healing. If there is pus then it might be infected, you might need antibiotics. You can give syp P-250 ( recommended dose by pediatrician) twice or thrice for pain.
