My girl baby affected by Madras eye. She have swollen with red eyes and discharge. It's really making worried to see her.. please suggest how to relieve it quickly. I have 2 drops ofloxacin and gentamicin.. which one I have to give?

Start with Tobramycin eye drops 1 drop times a day. Conjunctivitis takes 4 to 5 days to resolve. If swelling and discharge is more, do not neglect and pls visit nearest ophthalmologist for proper examination and treatment.
