Can macula CSR cause blindness if it is left untreated.? I m diagnosed with macula csr ... treatment is going on with aldactone 25mg 2 times a day. For past 2 weeks but no improvement in my vision. ... what is alternative treatment...it can cause blindness I m worry pls advise

There are alternative treatment plans for non resolving CSR. Keep follow-up with nearby ophthalmologist for examination but it 'll take time to resolve completely. Also you have to identify and treat/stop the causative factors. But you need to have patience with either of them.
