Hi
I have 2 Submandular Lympnodes on either side, non tender and around 8mm and feels little itching
It has been from few months, recently it started to feel little itching sensation around the area
No other symptoms

Any history of weight loss ?

You have not mentioned about your age, weight and height.
Lymph nodes enlargement will differ age wise .
How did you measure the lymph nodes size?
If possible kindly upload all the investigations and immediately do fine needle aspiration biopsy to rule out tuberculosis
