Lymphoid tissue on back throat

I have lymphoid tissue on upper back of throat, I have a smoking habit for the past 3 years and quit before a couple of months. I have consult an ENT and diagnosed strept throat, it's been 3 weeks sore throat, sound issue are all normal but infected back throat, I think it's due to regular smoking. Any remedies, do I need to check with endoscopy

You seem to be looking at granulation in your posterior pharyngeal wall which usually occurs in chronic smokers because of persistent irritation. Usually it will. Resolve on its own and if asymptomatic does not require any treatment. It will regress after few months
