I have swollen lymphs on the right side of neck. it's their from last 2 months... I get it very often as I ve pharyngitis and Cynus.... should I need to be worried of its normal

Swollen lymph nodes bear the sign of diseases.. better to get investigated properly..do an FNAC to find out the cytology.. visit an ENT specialist for assessment and treatment.
