Lymph nodes
My daughter is a sle patient and she has been under treatment from past 5 years and she has so many lymph nodes back side of ear and neck area which are non-painful, can someone tell me how to treat this and whom to see?

Since these Lymph nodes r present in the head and neck region as a ent surgeon I can Help you out with them but before guiding you I should suggest you to share a picture of the nodes, and history like the consistency of the nodes their actual numbers and (site) Any tenderness present are the increasing in size or constant throughout the course of disease have you noticed any change in the size recently,Is the temperature over the nude is raised.
On above feature will help us to guide towards a particular pathology if at all present on the maybe just the reactionary nodes due to some local pathology present in head and neck area
