My doctor asked to have CESTEL (30 from D2 till D22 and Luprodex injections on D15. What is the purpose of this injection?

Both are very expensive medicines. There are cheaper alternatives available for the first one. I have never used it , nor seen anyone using the second one for Infertility treatment.
