I have been given Lupride depot 3.75mg injection on Tuesday and I am on Smartilon30. My haemoglobin is 6.6. From yesterday I am spotting and today bleeding like normal period and there is little lower back ache. Is this normal?

Details missing It looks like your normal menses However you must visit gynec as very low hemoglobin your condition may worsen get evaluation

When was ur last period ?your hemoglobin is too less u might need a iron injection and further iron supplements.pls connect for further assistance.

What is the indication for inj leuprolide? Again harmonal pills also? For wat u r taking both.
Next Steps
apart from these medication,  u r having severe anemia.  get treatment for this.
