The chest x ray report is completely dependent on the clinical scenario, that's why at the bottom of each report Of an X ray it is mentioned that 'kindly correlate clinically'.
In your case as you mentioned you have had pulmonary Tuberculosis in childhood and currently no symptoms at all plus simultaneously sputum reports are also negative for AFB. So that your chest x ray suggests that old, healed and inactive Tuberculosis with some apical fibrosis.

Please keep your all chest x ray for records. As reactivation of quiescent disease may happen at any time in life. Then old x ray may be compared to the latest one to make a diagnose of relapse of TB.
