Lumps under Armpit
Dear Doctors,
I have got lumps under my armpi which seems ,everytime when the doctors advise me antibiotics, it disappear but after few days it appears again.Last time when I consulted a doctor they prescribed me a augmentin 625 mg, then it disappeared after 5 days course , but now gain it appeared.Could you pls suggest what it could be?is it severe? I have attached pic of the lump as well for reference.
This lump is more common among sexually active male.
More precipitating factor is alcohol and spicy and fast food
This is called hidradenitis suppurativa.
It is more common for its recurrence.
Now it is almost turning into abscess.(your lump)
You may need incision and drainage
Kindly consult for better treatment advice
