Hi I'm 25 years old 2 days back I masturbated roughly after that I can see a little lumps on my penis under the skin in skin colour only its painless no itching nothing but I'm very worried about this do suggest something. What should I do now and what doctor I need to visit

Difficult to reach a diagnosis without seeing pictures.if it’s asymptomatic then I think there’s nothing to worry about.
