I am having lumps on the both side of the throats and its swollen. Is it swollen tonsil or something else.

You seem to be having big sized tonsils. If you do not have symptoms such as persistent and recurrent throat pain or snoring with sleep apnea no treatment is required. Size of tonsil is not much of importance
