It's day two and probably the heaviest day of my period and I had sharp (almost crying at this point) pain in my uterus and and rushed to the bathroom and a lump of flesh came out. It was around an inch in length and was 1cm in thickness. I have been doing strenuous ab workouts earlier today and I'm 16. What's wrong with me?!

Do prgnancy test if possibility is there. Get an USG done. If pregnancy test comes out to be negative take trenexa500 mg tds for 3 days for heavy bleeding.
