I have come across lumps in the underarm area and after a few days it was gilled with pus. It has occurred twice now.

Greetings .. these lumps can be due to infection, swelling of glands due to hormonal issue , etc..so..better to consult dermatologist in person .

Hi! You could be having matted lymph nodes or infection of the hair follicles.
