Suffering from following 2 issues: 1. Lumps observed in menstrual blood and having irregular periods (+/- 3days). 2. Pain in certain areas of breast. Kindly advice.

I think you are referring to clots in menstrual blood.. That is because of heavy bleeding mostly. Pain in breast can be due to hormonal changes in menstrual cycle. You should better consult gynecologist and get investigated.
