Lumps below ear and jaw

I have a lump under my left ear and jaw, I have already done sonography as suggested by family doctor, but nothing came up.. I don't feel any pain, but feel some sensations under my ear from time to time... Also the area below my left ear feels a bit hard compared to the other ear.. Is it something I should get checked? Its been like a year since it first showed up.

The site of lump is in the parotid region, a needle cytology (fnac) should be done to remove any confusion, most common pathology here is a benign parotid tumor.
