Lump under armpit

I am 21 weeks pregnant some days back I have noticed a small lump under my left armpit consulted my treating gynaecologist regarding same she said it's folliculitis it's been more than 3 weeks the lump have not yet gone.I don't have any pain or discomfort even the size is same please suggest me what next needs to be done.

Due to summer/ tight clothes/ waxing hair over the armpit may cause folliculitis. It lasts by it self in 1-2 weeks. .
Next Steps
If it doesn't lost or bothering with itch/pain.There is need to use topical antibiotics and warm moist cloth sponging regularly.
