Absence of symptoms whether change of colour or presence of pain or discomfort or oral ulcerations is not the only criteria for the confirmation diagnosis of oral cancer.
And more importantly, please do not jump to such diagnosis in a haste because even an oral pathologist will require a biopsy report to confirm the diagnosis.
The most prudent step would be to visit am oral pathologist for a proper clinical evaluation so that the right diagnosis can be established and the right treatment can be suggested to you.
