I have a lump on right side on Testical . Pls check what should I do. Don't have any pain but when I touch i feel little pain

Hello . Well I would suggest you to consult a general surgeon and get yourself examined for it as sometimes it might not be anything and sometimes I would be realted to infection, torsion hydrocele etc...please meet a doctor in person.. Thank you
