I have lump on my wrist it is hurting a lot when I move it. What should I do about the problem because It is borther me

Hi there...I can understand your concern. From the picture it looks like it could be a lipoma, neurofibroma, ganglion, cyst. It will also depend on the duration of the lesion. The pain associated with it could be because it is present on a mobile area. Consult a general surgeon. They will examine it and suggest your the best mode of treatment.

Looks like a lipoma Not need to worry much. Just have it removed surgically That's the only option unfortunately. God bless
