Lump on the neck can mean many things get a video consultation with a doctor so they can see the lump and assess its size, skin texture around it, they ask about whether the lump soft hard or feels small nodules, is it painful or not. So get a consultation done at the earliest. Maybe these are small accumulations of fat called lipomas but I’m not sure it’s best you video consult a physician at the earliest to rule out infections or any other growth.
