Lump on back

Hello all, my mother in law had a small lump on her back , which was surgically removed on October 2020. I have attached the photo of the FNAC report.  The details of the report are as follows:- "FNAC from Parspinal Skin Nodule - Smears are highly cellular and consisting of epithelial cells forming papillary aggregates and dis pressed sheets of uniform population of epithelial cells with scanty cytoplasm. No granuloma or atypical cells are seen, findings are suggestive of benign adnexal tumor? Sebaceous Adenoma." The lump was back again on the same spot on July,2021. She had again another surgery on September,2nd,2021 and now awaiting the biopsy result. Please guide us on what could be the reason for the same , and what should be our next step, and also whether the reoccurrence of the lump is serious or not.

Incomplete surgical removal may lead to recurrence of tumour. In any case these types of tumours are not very uncommon in old ages. It is advisable to follow up the conditions if recurring again or other symptoms develop
