Lump inside one nostril
Sir ,
I have recently seen my nose that on one side i have lump in nostril and it does not hurt but i am facing difficulty in breathing from one nostril. I have sinus issues from past 3 4 years and now i am facing headache from past 3 4 days and today i observed this lump inside one nostril. Please tell me what is it ? Is it dangerous?
It is normal blood vessels engorged in the turbinates, which are small swelling on either side of the septum or bridge of nose.

Looks like allergic hypertrophy of inferior turbinates.

This is Inferior turbinate hypertrophy. It's normal.
Blockage is nose is due to sinusitis.

This is inferior turbinate hypertrophy
It's a normal body part(in layman language) just a lil bigger in yours coz mayb u might have cold or allergy
