Hello sir, I have attached a photo inside of my nose , I am having lump inside my nose , not able to take breath properly, what is it? Please help?

Have you been using a lot of nasal drops ?? Or you have recurrent itching and sneezing of nose ?? This can be allergic rhinitis or rhinitis medicamentosa
