I have a skin colored lump in under arm from many years It does not pain and is soft But sometimes it pains showed to a doctor said its lipoma Should I leave it or can it be serious ?

Lipoma are generous uneventful. But yes, you should keep consulting your physician if it becomes symptomatic or disturbs the nrml functions. Surgical removal can be suggested and successfully done.
