Lump in the throat shown in picture

Dear Doctor, I have a lump in the throat and noticed it 7 months ago for the first time. It is clearly visible between the pencil and Uvula in the attached picture. It has increased by 25% in the size since I first noticed it. On May 18th 2021, I showed it to a doctor and he suggested MRI which didn't show anything significant except few sub-centimetric lymph nodes and doctor said it's nothing to worry and asked to leave and forget it. But now I'm again worried about throat cancer. Does it look anything like that?

What is shown in the picture is not looking exactly like a lump , the lump is located between the passage of oral cavity and nose so nose examination should also be done in that case to rule out any such lump at the back of the nose . Please attach your mri report as well so I can have a better idea about it ..

Looking at the picture it doesn’t look like cancer. Its lymphoid tissue. But u need a thorough consultation on video or physically to properly diagnose and treat. Meanwhile I suggest u to use betadine gurgles 1st diluted in half glass of water three times a day.
