I have a big lump in whole of my left testicle. It does not pain or itch. But i suspect its not a normal condition. Sometimes i feel like gud-gud there (only feeling) like that happens in stomach. I have little big and dark veins visible on my testes.Is it testicular cancer?Please help me.Tell me what to do,where to go
