She is having a lump in her shoulder.it used to move when touched.not much hard.in general painless but when she works her shoulder pains.size is like an oval and like a very small egg

Hello there. Could be a lipoma or some neurofibroma. These swellings are usually painless. Get it checked out by a surgeon and you might need a FNAC test also. Better to get it checked out asap. Regards
