I feel a lump on left side. My both testicles are fine but I feel lump above my left testicle. Sometimes it gets bigger and hard and sometimes it vanishes too when my scrotum is tight but it is mostly present. I'm having this lump for around last one year, doesn't cause any problem, no pain too. But in last few days, I felt pain in my scrotum while walking. Is this normal? Please help. I'm 20 years old.
