Lump in neck

I have lump in right side of neck near collarbone Since 1-2 years this lump is painless and moveable I can move it with my fingers Earlier it was near the clavicle bone, now it has moved a little upwards is it harmful or dangerous

It may be supraclavicular lymphnode. Get a fnac done.
