Lump in my scrotum like third testis.

There is something inside my scrotum behind my right testis..... Its soft and is like third testis... But it can be pressed and squeezed... It doesn't pain..... Or if very little..... Is everything alright?? Plz help

Hello wello by just do minimal history you have shared I cannot just you the further intervention... I would suggest you to meet a General Surgeon in person spirit examined and also get the USB scan done to see what exactly is the problem and what to be done next.. thank you
