Lump in groin

2020-08-21 05:56:06
I had a small lump in left inguinal area of groin. The lump is deep inside the skin and is hard.It feels like a tube with a deep line in middle  similar to what i see in hernia images. But it is not changing postion whether im standing or not. I wanted to ask is hernia soft or hard to touch. Is it possible that it can be swollen artry or veins.

You are 17. You have not mentioned since when the swelling is there and increasing / reducing. Is there any trauma. It could be hernia / lymph nodes / varicocele / spermatocele. Chance of it being artery swelling is very less.
