I have a lump in the upper eyelid of my right eye. Not itchy doesnt cause any irritation. But i can feel it. And its been there from a long time. Do i need a surgery if yes will i get a scar from it?

Non inflammatory growth in upper eye may be chalazion related with meibomian gland,if it is small in size, don't disturb it but if you want to remove ,it is simple minor surgery leaving no scar on skin.
