Lump between my jaw and neck

Hi need advice currently stressed about a lump between my neck and jaw it came suddenly Jan this year and no pain or any other symptoms associated with it But I check now I think it has increased slightly in length I have been reading on net that I can be cancerous or sometimes can also be due to infection or any reason Have no idea as there is no pain on pressing the lump and no other symptoms Please advice who to consult iam currently stressed out as I don't want it to be late in diagnosing if any issue Also I don't drink or smoke But have some cavities in teeth Any advice will be helpful

Get it properly investigated as it can be both benign and malignant. As you are non drinker and non smoker, so less chances of any malignancy.

It may be submandibular gland due to infection, or other benign swelling, it is not cancer don't worry
