I'm training for my powerlifting meet (it's in March) how do I fix this lumbar Strain early in the best way possible. Can you tell any sort of stretches or strengthening of certain muscles I can do to heal this?

I think you have sustained a muscle spasm. ( muscle catch , a very common term used )

Do rest first . Take muscle relaxants. Once you feel a little better, start extension and isometric exercises.
