It is quite difficult to comment without looking at the scans. However with your symptoms and numbness it appears there may be tightness of your spinal canal.
Further treatment depends on a wide variety of factors like how long have you had symptoms, how are they affecting your daily activities, what treatment you have had till now and if there has been any improvement till date.
80% of disc prolapses get better by about 3 months. Losing weight (if you are overweight) certainly helps. Physiotherapy to improve your core strength along with yoga is also beneficial. You need to take the correct type of painkillers in the appropriate doses to help you. Interventions like epidural injections can be tried. If these all fail and/or your symptoms get worse then surgery will be the option.
Please see a Spinal Surgeon for assessment.
Hope this helps.
