Lumbar problem

My dad is facing lumbar disc problem.Earlier he cannot walk much.but recently in a time if 1 month he is unable to move his legs especially right leg has no power at all. For gaining strength again for him what i need to do. Please advise?

If the disc or is causing pressure on the nerve and damaging the nerve, it can cause weakness of leg. The pressure on the nerve has to be removed by surgery. Other causes of weakness should be ruled out. A detailed evaluation by a Neuro Specialist to figure out the cause is necessary.
