Lt knee loose body removal

Plz dr i have shown my brother to two doctor both have advised me surgery is it required. One Dr has suggested arscopic MPFL ligament reconstruction + Oc loose body removal. The other dr has suggested lt knee arthoscopic Osteochondral loose body removal. Is surgery required which surgery is required in my case. They have to remove small bone chip from knee plz see the mri wat advise ull can give. Thanks
