Lower stomach pain on right side

From few days I have been suffering from stomach pain on lower right side, if I eat or drink water/juice it get relief say 1 to 3 hours and again pain starts. My urinate is very free, no smell and no discomfort. I am non smoker and non drinker. From feb 18 due to some problems my dinner is getting late say around 10.30 to 11 pm Please advise me on next step Thanks in advance

[ ] Hi, right side of abdominal discomfort generally happens due to problem in liver/ gall stone or gastritis and rarely due to infection in right part of colon .Other causes of lower right pain abdomen are appendicitis and right uretric stone colic. Kindly get a ultrasound of abdomen to rule out liver and biliary cause. Take light food for few days. Get a ultrasound of abdomen to rule out the above mentioned causes.
