Lower right side pain whenever I bend

Lower right side pain and groin pain like bulging whenever I bend down I can't bend completely like forward bend exercise I feel pain from right side of naval to groin and right testicle some swollen appears in right testicle when I bend down I feel something is swollen in lower right side abdomen to groin feeling like hernia Inguinal side also I self examined by laying down near right lower Side I feel hard like rock and sometimes when I push My lower right side abdomen I feel like the sound of water when ever I press my abdomen I pains till right testicle is it hernia or cancer?? I don't get testicle pain but testicle nerve pains from groin area im worried of scanning due to fear of cancer coz last time I got swollen lymphnodes in abdomen but later after one month of antibiotics course it treated the swollen lymphnodes and no abnormal found in second usg abdomen I am feeling of cancer

Don’t worry … always think positively … don’t think straight away cancer for every problem ..get USG abdomen and pelvis then we can discuss on further management

It's not cancer sir.. it sounds like inguinal hernia.. hernia is a mechanical problem. There is no medicine or external technique to correct it.. surgery is the only best option for treating it. If you need any help or discuss any concerns you can message me here in practo

Just get a repeat ultrasonography inguinoscrotal region jus to look for hernia . Don’t worry about cancer for your age
