It's might be due to overuse of muscles or the lack of adequate rest..sometimes it may also be because of urine related issues too..its better to hydrate yourself well. ..take good rest between your workouts and go step by step in working out on them..it might be a muscular spasm too..you can consult an orthopaedician of problem persists
