Lower left back pain. Some kind of lump I feel when I touch round it's not bulge. It pains if I sit for long time or sit unevenly and when I woke up in the morning.

When you sit for long you have pain on the lump? Or lower back pain.. clarity is required there..keep a watch on the lump if the size is increasing and its painful you have to consult general surgeon for further investigation and treatment
