Pain in left side lower abdomen with Gas Pain symptoms . Also pain in left thigh muscular area closure to Groin. Any suggestions?

Do you have constipation symptoms, is the pain colicky? , is it radiating?, is there abdomen distension, vomiting, any bleeding in motion?, how long is the symptoms and how frequent?,  does the pain gets relieved on passing motion, needs clinical examination, and may abdomen x ray and ultrasound abdomen depending on the clinical examination findings.
