2025-01-19 07:49:07
Hi Doctors, I have been facing left lower abdomen pain and especially when I sit or hold urine. Attached CT scan report where finding was "There is few subcentimetric mesenteric lymph nodes noted in right iliac fossa." Could you please let me know if there anything serious and what would be next course. Attached CT report for your kind observation. Thank you In Advance 🙏🙏

Your pain is left sided but ur CT is reporting right sided submesenteric lymph nodes so its not correlating, So please visit your nearest general surgeon for further course of antibiotics or further examination

Hi.. left lower abdomen pain is not that serious as compared to right iliac fossa..meseneteric adenitis is an infection of the nodes around the intestines .. u need not worry about that.. just a course of antibiotics will settle it down..rest ur CT report is grossly normal .. please get one urine test done .. if these symptoms persist visit a nearby urologist and get ur self evaluated .
Next Steps
Holding urine is not an advisable practice so stop that
Health Tips
Take rifaximin 550 bd for 5 days ,tab drotaverine bd for three days and pantop 40 early in the morning

As per your CT scan report , nothing to worry about...Subcentimeteric mesenteric Lymph nodes in RIF do not need treatment unless you are having pain in the right lower abdomen.. You have pain in the L lower abdomen which could be due to UTI (urinary tract infection).
Next Steps
Consult a General Surgeon or a Gynecologist.
Health Tips
Take plenty of water.
