Eyelid twitches are common and caused by stress, tiredness, lack of sleep or overwork. Most eyelid twitches are minor and go away without treatment. You can often get rid of eyelid twitching by getting enough sleep, reducing stress, and limiting your caffeine. If your twitches seem to be getting worse better to meet any nearby ophthalmologist.
Next Steps
Meanwhile can start with any multivitamins, healthy nutritious diet, frequent small breaks while working, and Lubricant eyedrops like Refresh Tears 1 drop 3 times a day.
