Lower end away from os meaning?

Today I got my Anamoly Scan done. In my report, it mentioned that "lower end is away from os" grade ll and my placenta is anterior. Cervical length 4.3cm. What does the Lower end away from os means?

Hello ,lower end away from os means your placental lower end is away from internal os . Internal os is position in cervix which changes with advancing pregnancy . And if placental end is over or near to internal os it causes bleeding .so it should be away

Grade2 placenta means the margin of placenta is near to os but not serious no need to worry Placenta is also very important as the baby The mode if delivery will even depend on that

It means placenta is in normal position. No placenta previa.
